About King of New York

After being released from prison, drug lord Frank White returns to a New York City that has changed in his absence. Seeing the urban decay and poverty, he decides to eliminate his rivals and take over the city's drug trade—but with a twist. He intends to use the profits to fund a struggling public hospital in a poor neighborhood. As he wages a bloody war against other cartels, he finds himself hunted by a group of frustrated police officers who are willing to break the law to bring him down.
